COVID – Letters for underlying conditions

We have had a lot of requests come in asking for letters as evidence for underlying health conditions.
We are currently not in the position to be able to produce these letters due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Please use other evidence if employers are requesting these. There is more information on Isolation Notes here.
