You can order your repeat medication in several ways. We require 2 working days notice. Prescriptions are best collected in the afternoons as they are signed by a doctor during morning surgery.
Online
Ordering your prescriptions online is our easiest and most preferred way to order your repeat medication. you can also view your medical record online and book routine appointments with the GP.

In Person
You can order your repeat medication at reception at any of our sites.
By Telephone

Press option 1 to leave us a message with your prescription details.
or
Press option 2 to speak with a prescription clerk if you have any medication queries.
By Post
You can write to us with your repeat prescription requests, please include details of the name of medication, the dose, and the quantity. Please mark the envelope ‘Prescriptions’.
Pharmacy Nominations
Electronic Prescription Services (EPS)
You can now nominate a pharmacy for your prescription to go to. This allows us to process your prescription and send it electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.
To nominate a pharmacy, please ask any of our reception staff, or speak with your chosen pharmacy.
